Sermon: The Providence of God

Well, as Creator, God is consequently the what of the universe? What’s the word I’m going to say there. You are the creator–you are the (starts with “o”). Owner. You own what you make. He made it out of nothing–it’s His. God owns the universe. There’s not a clod of dirt; there is not a stone; there is not a tree; there is not any air, or fire, or water, or heavenly body but God made it. He owns it.

Creator. Owner. Therefore, governor. The things which one makes, one owns. And, one expects an owner to govern his own possessions. That’s logic.
